Welcome, e-list readers!
We help quiet teens lead with confidence.
Leadership isn’t just about public speaking. It’s about self-confidence, communication, and the ability to take initiative. These are the very skills that help teens thrive not only in high school, but in college, their future careers, and everyday life.
For quiet teens, learning to lead in a way that feels natural can be transformational, helping them feel more capable, empowered, and ready for what’s next.
How is this program different?
Leadership opportunities tend to be built for more outgoing students. We thought it was time for a change.
Leadership can be done quietly and still have lasting impact. And it’s time for quietness to be seen as a strength, especially by those students who might struggle to raise their hands in class or prefer to avoid big crowds.

How does it work?
This isn’t a one-size fits all program. It’s completely customized to your teen.
Under the guidance of our experienced leadership coach, your teen will have a safe space to learn, stretch, and grow.
While there is a clear step-by-step roadmap to follow, this is a choose-your-own adventure program. Your teen will be making all key decisions along the journey, therefore creating a truly custom experience.
At the conclusion of the 12-week program, your teen walks away with a resumé or portfolio piece that is authentic, impactful, and unique. They also have a potential subject for college essays or interviews, an experience for mitzvah or scout projects, and a new category of scholarship opportunities.
Curious how this program could support your teen? Let’s connect for a conversation.
“As an introvert, I was so nervous about my college interview, but thanks to this program, I had something I was passionate about to talk about and I felt so much more confident. The interview went really well!”

Is this right for my teen?
Let’s be clear, your teen isn’t lacking potential because they’re quiet.
It’s that they haven’t discovered how to turn that quietness into a strength that allows them to confidently lead and fully step into who they are meant to be. If you’re worried that your teen is lacking the opportunities to showcase their strengths in a way that aligns with who they truly are, then you are in the right place.

Extra Details
Common FAQs from parents:
“What if my teen is really shy?”
Leading a campaign isn’t the same as having to step up in front of a crowd and give a speech. We work with your teen to determine what they want to say, and how they want to communicate their message in a way that they feel comfortable doing.
“How is this program different from other extracurriculars?”
This program was developed with a holistic approach, packaging together a wide skill set that will serve your teen in years to come. It is also customized to your teen so that they can choose a path that lights them up.
“How much time is needed to complete the program?”
The trainings and support call require about 2 hours a week, plus an additional 1-2 hours per week to complete the assignments.
“What kind of support or guidance will my teen receive to successfully complete their campaign?”
Your teen will be guided by detailed (but digestible) prerecorded trainings with weekly milestones. In addition, each week there is a group support call where your teen can share their progress and ask questions. Lastly, there is also unlimited support through messaging.
Meet Coach Karen
I see your teen — even if others don’t (yet).
I still remember so clearly my struggles to speak up during roundtable discussions in high school history class. I knew the answers — I just couldn’t summon the bravery to say them out loud.
It wasn’t until years later that I realized how I can do anything if I just approach it in a way that aligns with my personal strengths. That realization changed everything. Now, I help quiet teens discover those same strengths sooner, so they don’t have to struggle for decades like I did.
My commitment to you and your teen:
I know how much you care about your child’s future — and I don’t take that lightly. I believe quiet teens are capable of extraordinary things, and they deserve the chance to be seen for who they truly are. My work is about more than checking a box for college — it’s about helping them grow into confident, self-aware leaders they’re proud to become.
