What Your Teen Will Walk Away With
– Stronger communication and self-advocacy skills
– Documented leadership experience
– A clearer sense of direction and identity
By the end of this experience, your teen won’t just “feel” more confident — they’ll have proof of their growth. They will have led something real, communicated more clearly, advocated for themselves, and built a leadership experience they can speak about with confidence.
This isn’t theoretical growth. It’s applied growth.
This Program Is Designed For
Teens who are thoughtful, capable, and often underestimated.
It’s especially powerful for:
– Quiet or introverted high school students
– Teens who hesitate to speak up
– Students with strong ideas but low visibility
– Families who value authentic leadership development
– Teens preparing for college but lacking meaningful extracurricular depth

Examples may include:

– Launching a community project
– Creating a resource for peers
– Building something aligned with personal passions and skills
Phase 3: Reflection & Articulation
We solidify the growth.
Your teen learns to:
– Reflect on what they’ve built
– Identify the skills they’ve developed
– Clearly communicate their leadership in applications and interviews

Extra Details
Common FAQs from parents:
“What if my teen is really shy?”
We work with your teen to determine what they want to say, and how they want to communicate their message in a way that they feel comfortable doing.
“How is this program different from other extracurriculars?”
This program was developed with a holistic approach, packaging together a wide skill set that will serve your teen in years to come. It is also customized to your teen so that they can choose a path that lights them up.
“How much time is needed to complete the program?”
The trainings and support call require about 2 hours a week, plus an additional 1-2 hours per week to complete the assignments.
“What kind of support or guidance will my teen receive to successfully complete their campaign?”
Your teen will be guided by detailed (but digestible) prerecorded trainings with weekly milestones. In addition, each week there is a group support call where your teen can share their progress and ask questions. Lastly, there is also unlimited support through messaging.
Why I Created This Program
As someone who understands what it feels like to be thoughtful, capable, and underestimated, I built this program to give quiet teens structured opportunities to lead — in a way that aligns with who they are.
Every step is designed to help students grow through action, not pressure.
Your teen doesn’t need to change who they are.
With the right support and structure, they can step forward with confidence.
